The hotel had a great atmosphere, and the
staff were genuinely friendly, helping us navigate the area and making restaurant reservations. However, the room we stayed in was quite small and lacked adequate natural light, which made it a bit cramped at times.

the room layout was cramped for two people!!! the bathroom door placement made it awkward to use!!! to top it off, a leak from the sink created a puddle for us to navigate!!!

Had a great time with my friends! The location was perfect for exploring nearby spots. We visited a charming beach and a vibrant marketplace. Rooms were clean, with a comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Breakfast kept us full. Just be aware that you will need to fill out some paperwork at check-in for extra insurance.
Internet was down during check-in, and we had to wait, but the staff offered juice to make up for it. It was a bit noisy with a group at the pool while we were trying to relax in our room.

I loved the central location of the Boutique Santo Toribio. it’s within walking distance to all the attractions in the historic area. The staff greeted me warmly and provided helpful tips on nearby restaurants. The daily breakfast was a highlight. fresh and made to order, it started each morning perfectly. However, my room felt cramped, especially the bathroom, which was quite tiny. I also had an issue with the Wi-Fi, which barely worked for the first two days. The noise level outside was disruptive at night. I could hear street sounds, which made it hard to sleep. Lastly, I experienced some disconnect with the staff during checkout due to a mix-up with my taxi, leading to confusion and extra costs.
